  • ※대기열 형성 위치는 지도를 참고해 주시기 바랍니다. 지도에 표시된 대기열 외의 장소에서 형성된 대기열은 인정되지 않습니다.
  • ※일반 입장 시 대기열이 운영될 예정이나, 현장 상황에 따라 대기 인원이 제한될 수 있습니다.
  • ※접수번호는 지도에 표시된 위치에서 태블릿을 통해 등록할 수 있으며, 접수는 오전 9시부터 순차적으로 진행됩니다.
  • ※접수번호는 입장 순서를 안내하기 위한 번호로, 제품 예약 또는 재고 확보를 의미하지 않습니다. 입장 안내는 접수 후 카카오톡 알림을 통해 순차적으로 진행될 예정입니다.
  • ※또한, 당일 현장 상황 및 마감 시간에 따라 접수번호를 받으셨더라도 입장이 제한될 수 있으며, 영업시간 종료 후에는 입장이 불가합니다.
  • ※당일 발급된 접수번호는 해당 일자에 한해 유효하며, 익일에는 사용할 수 없습니다.
  • ※새치기 등 부정행위가 확인될 경우, 입장 및 구매가 제한될 수 있습니다.
  • ※임의로 작성된 명단은 인정하지 않습니다.
  • ※가방, 소지품 등으로 자리를 맡아두는 행위는 인정하지 않습니다.
  • ※텐트, 돗자리 등 과도한 공간을 차지하는 용품을 이용한 대기는 불가합니다. (1인용 의자 사용 가능)
  • ※스태프의 안내에 협조해 주시지 않을 경우 입장이 제한될 수 있습니다.
  • ※정부 및 지자체의 방침, 입점 시설의 운영 정책 등에 따라 영업시간이 변경될 수 있습니다.

PALACE JAMSIL Entry Information

  • ※Please refer to the map for the designated queue location. Queues formed in locations other than the designated area shown on the map will not be recognized.
  • ※A queue may be operated for general admission; however, the number of customers allowed to wait may be limited depending on on-site conditions.
  • ※Registration for a queue number can be completed via a tablet located in the designated area shown on the map. Registration will begin at 9:00 AM.
  • ※Queue numbers are used to determine the order of entry and do not guarantee product reservations or inventory availability. Entry notifications will be sent sequentially via email after registration.
  • ※Even if you have received a queue number, entry may be restricted depending on on-site conditions and the store closing time on the day of the event. Entry will not be permitted after store operating hours have ended.
  • ※Queue numbers issued on the day are valid only for that date and cannot be used on the following day.
  • ※Entry and purchase privileges may be revoked if any misconduct, including line cutting, is detected.
  • ※Unofficial waiting lists created by customers will not be recognized.
  • ※Reserving a place in line with bags, personal belongings, or other items is not permitted.
  • ※Waiting with tents, mats, or other items that occupy excessive space is not permitted. (Single-person chairs are permitted.)
  • ※Entry may be restricted if you do not follow staff instructions.
  • ※Store operating hours may be subject to change in accordance with government regulations, local authority guidelines, or the operating policies of the facility.

关于PALACE JAMSIL入场事宜的说明

  • ※请参考地图确认排队位置。地图标注范围以外形成的队伍将不予认可。
  • ※普通入场时将设置排队通道，但根据现场情况，排队人数可能会受到限制。
  • ※登记号可在地图标注的位置通过平板电脑进行登记，登记将于上午9点起依次进行。
  • ※登记编号仅用于指引入场顺序，并不代表产品预订或库存保留。入场指引将在登记后通过电子邮件依次发送。
  • ※此外，根据当日现场情况及截止时间，即使已领取登记号，入场仍可能受到限制；营业时间结束后将无法入场。
  • ※当日发放的登记号仅在该日期内有效，次日不可使用。
  • ※若发现插队等违规行为，可能会被限制入场及购买。
  • ※不承认擅自编制的名单。
  • ※不允许使用包、随身物品等占位。
  • ※禁止使用帐篷、野餐垫等占用过多空间的物品进行等候。（可使用单人椅）
  • ※若不配合工作人员的指引，可能会被限制入场。
  • ※营业时间可能会根据政府及地方政府的方针、入驻设施的运营政策等进行调整。
